The property can accommodate up to 9 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and 2 single beds and also includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax. For entertainment, a smart TV and access to free Wi-Fi are available. Additionally, a bar with stools and a built-in braai can be enjoyed.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with outdoor seating, an outdoor braai, and a pizza oven. The patio leads to a spacious garden with a splash pool, a kiddies’ play area, and a firepit. Secure onsite parking is available.

- No noise / parties / music – should noise or disturbance be reported at any time, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund
- No drones allowed
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms:
- 50% deposit paid at time of booking and to confirm the booking
- 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Should arrival be within 30 days of booking made then full payment is due will be refunded if cancelled not less than 30 days prior to arrival
- Full refund should the booking be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
- No refund should booking be cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival – refund at owners discretion
Pet Policy
- Whilst we warmly welcome your pets, please adhere to the following as agreed upon at time of confirmed booking
- Pet Fee of R250 per stay (max 4 pets)
- Pets sleep on their beds, not ours – so please bring their own pet beds
- If the linen, or scatter cushions or blankets are soiled to such an extent that it cannot be cleaned, this will be at the pet owners expense
- Damage to furniture / doors and doorframes due to chewing, will also incur replacement & repair costs. These costs will be claimed after guests depart, once the property has been inspected
- When walking your pets, they must be on a leash at all times
- Do not leave your pets unattended for long periods of time, to prevent them from barking and disturbing other guests and owners
- Please pick up your dog’s poo when you leave the accommodation
