Our “Casita” is a quaint self contained studio separate from the main house with a open plan en-suite shower and toilet as well as a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, two plate hot plate and microwave. . The “Casita” is positioned in a beautiful garden shared by the Main House which is rented out separately to guests. There is acommunal “plaasdam swembad” plunge pool adds to the charm of the Casita and a perfect place to stop over.

The space
The charming character filled studio casita has a lovely terrace overlooking the “Plaasdam Swembad’ and is located on a stunning garden with a fruit orchard. The casita is positioned away from the main house offering privacy to guests staying. The property is walking distance to the main road of De Rust which offers shops, restaurants and bars to our visitors.
The space is comfortably furnished with private kitchenette with kettle, microwave, fridge and crockery. There is a large communal garden and BBQ area to enjoy and the property completely fenced off with a lockable gate offering secure parking.

General Rules
- No smoking in the house
- No noise / parties / music – should noise or disturbance be reported at any time, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund
- No drones allowed
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms:
- 50% deposit paid at time of booking and to confirm the booking
- 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Should arrival be within 30 days of booking made then full payment is due will be refunded if cancelled not less than 30 days prior to arrival
- Full refund should the booking be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
- No refund should booking be cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival – refund at owners discretion
Pet Policy
- Whilst we warmly welcome your pets, please adhere to the following as agreed upon at time of confirmed booking
- Pet Fee of R250 per stay (max 4 pets)
- Pets sleep on their beds, not ours – so please bring their own pet beds
- If the linen, or scatter cushions or blankets are soiled to such an extent that it cannot be cleaned, this will be at the pet owners expense
- Damage to furniture / doors and doorframes due to chewing, will also incur replacement & repair costs. These costs will be claimed after guests depart, once the property has been inspected
- When walking your pets, they must be on a leash at all times
- Do not leave your pets unattended for long periods of time, to prevent them from barking and disturbing other guests and owners
- Please pick up your dog’s poo when you leave the accommodation
