The space
The main bedroom has faces the private terrace and has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and shares the main bathroom with the main bedroom. The bathroom comprises of a bath and free standing shower. The main interior of the unit is open plan, consisting of an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, that leads out onto a sunny terrace with outdoor seating and gas BBQ
The fully equipped kitchen, with four bar stools, includes all the necessary features, such as a microwave, fridge and freezer, oven and hob, kettle and more. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with Netflix.

Activities
Big Bay is a couple of minutes away from both Blouberg Beach and Melkbos Beach, should you wish to explore the area. A brand new shopping centre, Table Bay Mall, and a new Virgin Gym, which is the second largest in Southern Africa, have also just opened a mere 10 mins drive from the apartment.
The Big Bay complex a few meters walk away and offers laundry facilities, entertainment, restaurants and Pick n Pay and general shopping. Eden on the Bay is located on Big Bay beach, where you can take a stroll, swim and watch the local and international surfers and kite surfers.

General Rules
- No smoking in the house
- No noise / parties / music – should noise or disturbance be reported at any time, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund
- No drones allowed
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms:
- 50% deposit paid at time of booking and to confirm the booking
- 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Should arrival be within 30 days of booking made then full payment is due will be refunded if cancelled not less than 30 days prior to arrival
- Full refund should the booking be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
- No refund should booking be cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival – refund at owners discretion
Pet Policy
- Whilst we warmly welcome your pets, please adhere to the following as agreed upon at time of confirmed booking
- Pet Fee of R250 per stay (max 4 pets)
- Pets sleep on their beds, not ours – so please bring their own pet beds
- If the linen, or scatter cushions or blankets are soiled to such an extent that it cannot be cleaned, this will be at the pet owners expense
- Damage to furniture / doors and doorframes due to chewing, will also incur replacement & repair costs. These costs will be claimed after guests depart, once the property has been inspected
- When walking your pets, they must be on a leash at all times
- Do not leave your pets unattended for long periods of time, to prevent them from barking and disturbing other guests and owners
- Please pick up your dog’s poo when you leave the accommodation
Reviews
Have sea view. It’s quiet and relatively safe but they seem overly focused on rules the. Customer enjoyment. The pool needs works and the outside area could be nicer. While staying here the security was quick to approach us on two things including clinging the balcony and no hanging wet clothes on the balcony. At the same time all the doors never closed meaning anyone could walk in. So I wouldn’t stay here again simply from the lack of safety.

Eden on the Bay shopping centre offers everything you need – great restaurants for a night out, surf and kite board shops, boutiques and coffee shops…The main beach is walking distance and offers amazing kite surfing and water sports and more! There is a lovely picnic area on the lawn in front of the restaurants.
